Founder and CEO of Frankie Solarik Holdings, Frankie has achieved international acclaim as a pioneer and champion of the immersive and experiential cocktail movement through the use of immersive design, contemporary and modernist techniques in his compositons.

Named by The New York Times as a "Legendary Experimentalist", he is the owner and creative force behind Toronto's BarChef, and his second cocktail bar and most recent opening of PREQUEL & CO. APOTHECARY.  

Frankie is also the author of the best-selling book The Bar Chef: A Modern Approach to Cocktails and was chosen as judge for NETFLIX’s international Smash Hit DRINK MASTERS as well as being profiled in major international magazines and on television including features on CNN and Top Chef Canada.

He continues to push the envelope on the definition of the cocktail experience.
